Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use our website, portal, services, Deliverables or Products, or ask us to build or advertise anything, that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, in the United States or where it will be used;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• involves weapons, cannabis or CBD, adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency or high-risk financial offers, multi-level marketing, or supplements or health products with medical claims;
• is deceptive, including fake reviews, misleading claims, impersonation, phishing or hidden fees;
• sends spam or unsolicited messages in breach of the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or similar laws;
• breaks the rules of an advertising or commerce platform, or tries to evade a platform's restrictions or a prior suspension;
• contains malware, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to, overload or disrupt any system, including ours;
• harasses, threatens, discriminates against or exploits anyone, or involves minors in any harmful way.

2. Security of our systems

Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, circumvent sign-in or rate limits, or scrape the website, except with our written permission. Report security issues to support@360brandcraft.com; we appreciate responsible disclosure.

3. Enforcement

We may refuse, pause or stop any work, remove content, suspend accounts or terminate an Order if we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
